Before Scheduling an appointment as a new color/extension client please fill out the client consultation form to ensure the proper appointment for you is scheduled. As a new client please be sure to look over the New Client Guide under the Services tab on the main menu. You will find everything you need to guide you in deciding if I am the stylist for you and what steps to take to schedule your very first appointment with me! :)

Deposit payments are required within 24 hrs upon receiving an invoice to secure your appointment.

Deposits will go towards your total service price the day of your appointment.

In the case of a cancellation under 48 hrs, deposits will be forfeited.

Rebooking will require a new deposit payment to secure your appointment. *Restrictions apply for rebooking.

If you need to cancel an appointment please do so 48 hrs prior to your scheduled service. Deposits are subject to forfeiture if your appointment is not rescheduled within a two-week timeframe from your original appointment. Rescheduling with a deposit transfer is limited to a one-time occurrence per deposit. If cancellations are constant you may be blocked from scheduling future appointments.

Your hair services are guaranteed for one week from your service date for adjustments.

There are many possibilities for the outcome of your service that are unforeseen and I want to take that worry away. Sometimes a color can take darker due to product damage or my own personal human mistake. I will correct the issue free of charge. This is for adjustments only and not for session-based services. Please note as stated I need to be informed within a week of your service date to fix the problem as soon as possible.
